Laying the Groundwork for Modern Living
At College Grove, Christ’s Hospital, Horsham, we played a pivotal role in supporting the construction of a 40-plot residential development. Our work focused on delivering the substructure, floors, drainage, and services for Plots 1-29 and the Old Goods Yard Building. The project also included ground remediation to prepare the site for construction, along with comprehensive external works to enhance site accessibility and functionality. By managing multiple phases of the development, we ensured a smooth, efficient process from preparation to completion.
