Building Foundations for Community Living
Our work at Oakhurst Gardens Sheltered Housing in Rustington is focused on creating modern, functional spaces for community living. This multi-phase project includes the construction of a Community Hall at Site A and a Laundry and Accommodation Block at Site B. Alongside these key developments, we’re delivering comprehensive site clearance and demolition, the creation of a new car park, and extensive groundworks to support upgraded drainage, essential services, and high-quality external works. Every element is designed to enhance the site’s functionality, accessibility, and long-term value for its residents and visitors.
