Laying the Groundwork for New Homes
At Bellamy Gardens, Westbourne in Lewes, we are supporting the development of a 6-plot residential scheme with a comprehensive package of essential groundworks and site services. Our scope includes the construction of a 3.5m deep pre-cast concrete ring foul pumping station, installation of all site drainage and services, and the delivery of roads, driveways, and paths to ensure accessibility and functionality throughout the site. The project also features the creation of a new site entrance and the application of permeable block paving, offering a modern, sustainable solution for surface water management.
