At Wilmot Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, we are supporting the development of a 5-plot residential scheme on a former garage compound. Our role involves delivering a complete substructure and drainage package, including ground remediation to prepare the site for development. Key elements of the project include the construction of traditional foundations, a Section 185 sewer diversion, and the installation of foul and surface water drainage to ensure long-term site sustainability. Each phase of the project is executed with precision and care to create a stable, future-ready development.
